Clinic Overview:
- Part-Time or Full-Time position available
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Outpatient-focused nephrology practice with hospital affiliations as applicable
- Shared call rotation if applicable
- Collaborative practice with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and experienced clinical support staff
- Focus on chronic kidney disease management, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and dialysis coordination
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Active or eligible New York State medical license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient nephrology and chronic kidney disease management preferred
- Strong interest in patient education, preventative kidney care, and multidisciplinary collaboration
