We Are Hiring CDL-A Step Deck Drivers! Join our growing open-deck division. We specialize in partial loads, allowing us to maximize truck revenue while keeping our drivers moving.
What We Offer:
Average truck gross: $15,000/week Loads averaging $3.50–$6.00 per mile 30% of gross driver pay Potential earnings of $3,000–$6,000+ per week Weekly pay Consistent OTR freight Mostly partial loads Professional and experienced dispatch team Step Deck / open-deck freight Oversize and specialized loads available Requirements: Valid Class A CDL OTR experience Step Deck / Flatbed experience preferred Knowledge of chains, straps, tarps and proper load security Good driving record Reliable and professional We are looking for drivers who want to stay moving, gross strong numbers, and work with an experienced dispatch team.
