Digital Ads Manager

Influx Marketing is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in the medical aesthetics industry. We partner with plastic surgery practices, medical spas, and other aesthetic healthcare providers nationwide to help grow their businesses through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Our services include website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, social media marketing, and more. Influx Marketing is seeking an experienced Digital Ads Manager for a full-time, work-from-home position. This is a permanent employee position, not a contract or freelance opportunity. Applicants must reside in the United States. Candidates must have proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for cash-pay medical practices, specifically plastic surgery, med spas, medical aesthetics, or cosmetic dentistry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Google Ads strategy, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and lead generation for high-value elective procedures. Candidates must also be comfortable collaborating directly with Account Representatives and clients to review campaign performance, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and develop strategies to improve results. Prior experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic healthcare advertising is required. Agency experience is a plus.
