Chiropractic Assistant

Office Responsibilities: Greeting patients, check-in/check-out Scheduling patient appointments Answering phones, messages, emails Verifying and updating insurance benefits Taking and recording payments Scanning and filing Performing passive therapies-electrical stim, heat, ice, traction (this involves physical contact with patients, i.e. touching and close physical contact)General office cleaning and maintenance (tidying at end of day)Shift hours are: Wednesday: 1:30 pm-6 pm, Thursday: 8 am-12 pm & 2 pm-6 pm, Friday 8am-1pm, Saturday 8 am-12: 30 pm. Must have own transportation, be willing and able to float between both locations if needed (other office location in Cary).Must complete the Board Certification course for Chiropractic Assistants in NC (One day class and Exam)Staff receives optional Simple IRA after six months of employment with 3% employer match and free chiropractic care.
