Apply for this role →Automotive Assembly Associate We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)Shift Options & Pay:1st Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.$15.50 per hour 3rd Shift 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.$15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium Total pay: $17.00 per hour Pay Increase: Employees receive a $2.00 per hour raise after 3 months.
Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Use basic hand and power tools as needed Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
