Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift: Monday-Saturday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime Available)

Position Overview: Stand-By Personnel is seeking experienced Structural Welders to join a busy fabrication facility serving the Tulsa/Sapulpa area. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and production. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for steady hours, regular overtime, and long-term career growth in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of structural welding experience required
• Experience performing MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication techniques
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime as production demands require
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding on structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble structural steel components according to specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain production efficiency while producing high-quality workmanship
• Operate welding equipment safely and perform routine equipment checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, welding standards, and fabrication requirements
• Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as assigned Weld Test Requirements Candidates must successfully complete: 3G MIG Weld Test3G Flux Core Weld Test (Single Bevel)
