What You'll Do: Originate business-purpose loans for professional real estate investors nationwide. Structure financing solutions for: Fix & Flip New ConstructionDSCR Rental Loans Bridge Loans Build-to-Rent (BTR)Portfolio and Blanket Loans Build, manage, and grow your own nationwide pipeline of borrowers. Develop referral relationships with investors, brokers, builders, Realtors®, and other real estate professionals. Educate borrowers on financing strategies and loan products. Guide borrowers through the financing process from initial inquiry through closing. Partner closely with underwriting, processing, capital markets, and closing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Strong understanding of: DSCR underwriting Loan structures Residential investment strategies Construction and renovation financing Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
