Chief of Staff to CEO & CTO — Frontier AI Lab
Compensation:
Up to $250,000 base plus Bonus & Equity
This is a genuine Chief of Staff role — acting as the right hand and representative to the CEO and CTO. You will engage across strategy, product, research, fundraising, and operations to help grow the business at a vital stage of expansion. This is a high-impact, high-responsibility position for someone who flourishes in ambiguity and wishes to operate at the heart of a fast-expanding AI company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO and CTO on strategy, prioritisation, and execution
- Act as a proxy in meetings, decision‑making, and follow‑ups
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives across research, product, and business teams
- Support fundraising efforts, including investor materials, narratives, and board decks
- Identify bottlenecks, surface risks, and ensure alignment across the organisation
- Help establish operating cadence and structure as the company scales
Requirements:
- Experience in a high‑growth startup (Series A–C), top‑tier tech company, or similar environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability; comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Exposure to fundraising, metrics, and company‑level decision‑making
- Ability to work effectively with technical and research teams
- Founder mindset — proactive, opinionated, and execution‑focused
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Background in AI, deep tech, product, or venture
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Experience preparing board materials and investor communications
