Key Responsibilities:

Track project milestones, technical status, changes, and financial objectives.

Experience working directly with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.
Understanding of project estimating/quotations, execution, change orders, cost approval, and closeout.
Ability to identify project issues, seek clarification, and drive them toward resolution.
Self-directed work style with the ability to operate with limited supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to related building components such as bridge cranes, ventilation, acoustic insulation, doors, or erection. MS Project, Navisworks, and/or AutoCAD experience.
Work Setup & Compensation:
This is a full-time, in-office position with occasional overnight travel. Benefits include company-paid medical and dental premiums, $10,000 life insurance, STD and LTD coverage, an SRA with 3% match, 10 days of first-year vacation, 8+ paid holidays depending on the calendar, and separate sick-time accrual.
Why Join:
This role offers more than schedule tracking. You'll be involved in the technical and commercial details of projects, work directly across the people responsible for delivering them, and have room to help improve how work flows through Project Management, Production, and Drafting.
