What You'll DoOwn Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, and other trades professionals Craft Magnetic Job Ads: Write clear, keyword-optimized postings to attract qualified candidates Screen & Qualify: Assess technical skills, certifications, experience, and cultural fit via phone and in-person interviews Build & Nurture Pipeline: Maintain an active talent network for current openings and future needs Guide & Close: Manage offers, negotiate terms, and support candidates through onboarding Market Intelligence: Track trade-specific certifications, wage benchmarks, and local labor trends On-Site Interviews: Conduct occasional interviews at client locations in the Salt Lake City area What You'll Bring2 + years recruiting in skilled trades, construction, industrial, or related sectors Proven success placing licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, or similar roles Deep knowledge of certifications (e.g., Journeyman, HVAC/R) and industry terminology Expert communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with ATS/recruitment tools and Microsoft Office Residency in Salt Lake City, UT area (required)
