Withum’s Transaction Advisory Services team seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Lead Consultant to lead and execute tax due diligence and structuring engagements for private equity and strategic clients across industries. You will work directly with clients and leadership while mentoring junior members and contributing to practice growth. This is a hybrid role based in US offices including Whippany, NJ, with 3 days in the office per week.
