Vice President, Southwest Zone Leader – Underwriting

We are seeking an experienced underwriting leader to drive the performance and profitable growth of our Southwest Zone. The ideal location would be Southern California, Arizona or New Mexico, but open. This executive role will lead a regional underwriting team and take ownership of production, portfolio profitability, broker relationships, talent development and operational performance. The successful candidate will combine strong casualty underwriting expertise with proven leadership, commercial judgement and business-development capability.

An entrepreneurial, data-driven leadership style suited to a fast-growing environment. Experience across construction, habitational, hospitality or manufacturing risks—and within an MGA, delegated authority platform or specialty carrier—would be particularly valuable.
