Senior Underwriting Manager - Property & Casualty

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a Tokio Marine Group member, invites experienced candidates for an Underwriting Manager/AVP role in the Dallas–Plano area, working hybrid from our Plano office. You will lead underwriting teams, develop guidelines, and drive performance with regulatory and industry standards. The role requires 10+ years in commercial multi-lines P&C underwriting, strong supervisory background, and professional designations (CPCU/IIA/CIC). Bachelor's degree is required.
