Apply for this role →To support a growing suite of engineering services, the full-time remote Strategic Pursuits Manager will develop data-driven proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and craft strategies to win competitive contracts with transit agencies and public utilities.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functionally and with external partners to develop strategies for winning high-stakes, competitive procurements
Write, review, proofread, and edit comprehensive long-form proposal submissions to potential partners
Communicate Exodigo's ability to address client needs through technology and operational capabilitiesRequired qualifications 5-8 years of experience in proposal management or business development within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or engineering sectors
Proven success leading formal procurement efforts, including proposal generation and contract negotiation
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content
Highly collaborative team player skilled in cross-functional collaboration and sales operations tools
Bachelor's degree in a liberal arts discipline preferred; advanced degree is a plus
