The role focuses on consulting and analysis to support moderately complex financial crimes work and associated compliance deliverables, including AML/CFT and sanctions-related evaluations. In this position, you will help identify and elevate risk, support documentation for customer risk management, and collaborate closely with Wells Fargo personnel as deliverables move through planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Financial Crimes, including large-scale planning related to Financial Crimes deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Financial Crimes challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues by consulting with others to meet Financial Crimes deliverables, applying a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

- Requirements4+ yearsof experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption, or an equivalent background supported through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Job Expectations:

- Travel may be required up to 10%of the time.
- This role is subject toFINRA background screeningrequirements, including successful completion and passing of a background check prior to hire.
- Per FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with aFINRA-registered broker-dealer .Ongoing regulatory obligations apply, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
- Additional Desired QualificationsAML/financial crimes background and/or experience withcorrespondent banking .Experience supportingcustomer due diligence .Knowledge of theFFIEC Exam Manual , CAMS certification, or other financial crimes certifications.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managingAML/CFT risk .Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge ofcrypto-related AML and financial crimes typologies .Experience with
- Microsoft Office , SharePoint, and other applications.
