Apply for this role →Papa Gino's Pizza Dough Production To produce and pack pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino's restaurant. Runs food processing and dough making equipment. Prepares dough racks and boxes for packing dough. Observes dough weights and makes sure weight is dough up to 600 pounds per dough in dough boxes and labels boxes. Puts dough in walk in dough boxes. Maintains, cleans and sanitizes all dough making equipment. Maintains cleanliness of commissary production area including sweeping and mopping of all floors.
Requirements:
Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to clearly and articulately communicate with team members and guests. Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with all team members and guests.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push or pull up to 350 pounds. Ability to stand, lift, and work on feet for 8 or more hours per day. Ability to work early morning hours sometimes before 6am
