NISP Program Lead — TS/SCI, SCIF & FCL Startup

Kaizen seeks a senior security leader to stand up the NISP program from scratch in Washington, DC or NYC. You will manage the FCL process and interface with DCSA, building the program from the ground up. Responsibilities include accrediting a SCIF per ICD 705, managing FOCI reporting, and creating security procedures across insider threats, visitor authorizations, and classified material controls. A TS/SCI clearance and startup security background are required.
