Manufacturing Assembler

Location: Washington, MO

Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities: Assemble metal parts, components, and finished products according to work instructions and production specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings. Inspect assembled products for defects, proper fit, and overall quality. Use measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and calipers when needed. Identify and report defective materials or production issues to supervisors. Assist with material preparation, packaging, and movement of finished products. Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements. Basic understanding of manufacturing quality and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good attendance, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks. Ability to bend, reach, and handle materials throughout the shift.
