Postdoc: Integrative Genetics & Multi-Omics Data Science

Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher for the Precision Genetics group within DAGS to develop scalable computational and statistical methods for biobank-scale multi-modal data analysis and biomarker discovery. You will integrate human genetics, proteomics, EHR and other large data sets to uncover causal gene–pathway–disease relationships and biomarkers. Responsibilities include building pipelines, applying causal modeling, and collaborating with wet-lab and
