Senior Buyer

Responsibilities: Coordinate purchasing, inventory and material movement across multiple sites Maintain accurate stock, order and supplier records within the ERP system Track equipment from purchase order through delivery and deployment Work with site teams to forecast requirements and prevent shortages Support supplier relationships, pricing discussions and delivery schedules Identify process gaps and introduce clearer, more scalable workflows Produce reporting on inventory levels, lead times and supply chain performance Resolve discrepancies across purchase orders, shipments and physical stock

Requirements: Experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory or materials management Background in a complex, asset-heavy or multi-site operational environment Strong ERP and inventory-management systems experience Confident working with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders Strong Excel, reporting and data-management skills Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace Experience in data centres, energy, manufacturing, aviation, marine, industrial services or similar environments is advantageous Why Apply?
