WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Lead and execute field-based exploration programs as a Senior Geoscientist, providing expert geoscience input across program design, mapping, sampling, geophysics, and drilling workflows safely, on time, and within budget. Translate exploration concepts into actionable field execution plans while integrating geochemical, geophysical, and assay data to advance priority targets toward drill testing. Supervise and mentor a small team of geoscientists, managing contractors and service providers to ensure adherence to safety standards, budget allocations, schedules, and project deliverables.

WHAT YOU BRING: TO THE TABLE:Applied technical expertise supported by 8–10+ years of field-based exploration experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related discipline. Proven leadership capacity managing small field teams and contractors in remote environments, effectively coordinating complex field logistics, budgets, and QA/QC data standards. Deep technical understanding of mineral systems, specifically major copper mineralization styles, paired with strong proficiency in geological software and data management systems.
