Senior Product Designer: AI-Driven UX & Design Systems Lead

Virtualitics, Inc. is seeking a design lead to own end-to-end design problems across multiple projects. You will shape UX at kickoff, then hand off to teams as work matures, defining interactions for agent-driven experiences and enforcing consistent error handling across deployments. You will extend our design system, establish prototypes in Figma or code, and lead UX reviews to ensure high-quality output before shipping. Mentorship of junior designers is also expected.
