Head of Finance & Growth Strategy

Trove, a NYC-based collectibles startup, seeks a Head of Finance to build the function from scratch. You’ll own FP&A, shape a scalable financial stack, and partner with leadership to drive growth while keeping the business profitable in a fast-paced environment. Located in NYC with a 3-day-in-office baseline, you will lead strategic finance initiatives, implement AI tools, and scale a small finance team as the company expands its global footprint.
