Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000, plus excellent benefits and a performance bonus
The Role:
Lead a team of 4 and report directly to the owner (Temple Hills, MD)Own the monthly close, job costing, 13-week cash-flow forecasting, AR/AP, and audit and tax readiness Help evaluate and implement new job-cost software You Bring Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ in leadership Advanced Excel and Quick Books or similar ERPConstruction or heavy materials experience preferredA plus: unit cost accounting and ERP implementation experience Why It's Worth a Look Your work shapes strategic decisions, not slide decks.
