Senior Director, Pediatric Programs & Operations

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for the developmental preschool, therapy, and ABA programs at the site. You will cultivate Pediatrics Plus culture, oversee site operations including enrollment, staffing, systems, and compliance with state guidelines to ensure service excellence. You will manage budgets, revenue/expenses, and health and safety, while engaging families and guiding leaders across departments. Travel may be required as part of the role.
