Apply for this role →Concrete Laborer – General LaborWe are currently hiring Concrete Laborers for immediate work in Baytown, TX. This is a general labor position supporting concrete and site prep work. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including digging, grading, and clean-upUse a shovel and other basic hand tools to assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Support concrete crews with setup, forming, and material handling
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow direction from supervisors and work as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Experience with hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels, etc.) is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Prior construction or concrete experience preferred but not required
