Key Responsibilities: Examine land title records to determine the status of title and analyze relevant legal documents Research title resources and public records to compile data and issue commitments based on title status Guide customers and escrow officers through the closing process while ensuring effective underwriting solutionsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required 2-4 years of experience as a Commercial Title Examiner or in a similar role within the real estate or title industry Advanced knowledge of title examination processes and legal terminology related to real property Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting legal documents such as deeds and mortgages Experience with title search software and databases, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
