Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Salary: $116,000 to $140,000 annually

Full Time Responsibilities: • Assist surgeons during operative procedures as the First Assistant• Maintain a sterile surgical environment• Provide intraoperative support, including tissue handling, exposure, hemostasis, and wound closure• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent education and training• Current Certified First Assistant (CFA), Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA), or Assistant in Surgery certification through one of the following:• National Board of Surgical Technology and Assisting (NBSTSA)• National Surgical Assistant Association (NSAA)• American Board of Surgical Assistants (ABSA)• National Assistant at Surgery Council (NASC)• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for Healthcare Providers• Previous First Assistant/Surgical Assistant experience preferred Benefits:• Competitive annual salary• Comprehensive benefits package• Opportunity to work with a collaborative surgical team• Live and work in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii If you're a certified Surgical Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in Hawaii, apply today!
