Fund Accounting Manager

Key responsibilities include: Oversee NAV preparation and review, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculations Review fund accounting deliverables and ensure calculations are completed in accordance with fund documents and LPAsManage and develop a team of fund accountants, including review, training, workload allocation, and delivery oversight Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, custodians, and other service providers Review financial statements, audit support, regulatory reporting, fund expenses, and other client deliverables Ensure service deadlines, controls, and client requirements are consistently met Support process improvements, technology initiatives, reporting enhancements, and internal projects

Qualifications: 8+ years of fund accounting/administration or related experience 4+ years of private equity experience Prior team management experience Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, LPAs, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculations
