Legal Sales Executive — Family Law Help Women Navigate Divorce with Confidence For many women, the hardest part of divorce isn't the paperwork — it's picking up the phone. By the time someone calls our firm, she's often scared, overwhelmed, and unsure who to trust. You are the person who helps her take that first step. We're a boutique family law firm based in Dallas-Fort Worth, and we're looking for a Legal Sales Executive who sees this role for what it really is: the front door to a firm that changes the trajectory of women's lives. You won't practice law — but you will be the difference between a woman getting the help she needs and walking away discouraged. Every qualified client who becomes part of our firm starts with you. This is a consultative sales role for high-touch, high-ticket legal services. It calls for real empathy, sharp listening, and the ability to guide someone toward a good decision during one of the hardest moments of their life — while ensuring a seamless handoff to our legal team when she's ready to move forward. To learn more about the firm and the work we do, visit www. Family LawDFW.com. Why This Role Matters You conduct consultations that determine whether a prospective client moves forward with our firm. That means the quality of your conversations directly shapes who we're able to help, how quickly, and how well. This isn't lead qualification for its own sake. It's making sure the right women find their way to the support they need, and that our attorneys spend their time with clients who are truly ready for the work ahead.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Conduct initial phone/video consultations with potential clients, understand what they're facing, and help them see clearly how the firm can help. In-person consultations happen only by client request, in limited situations. Needs Assessment: Gather the essential facts, timeline, and goals of each case to hand off to attorneys with clarity and care. Consultative Selling: Sell high-value legal services with a consultative, empathy-first approach — meeting people where they are, not pushing them somewhere they're not ready to go. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with referral partners (therapists, financial planners) who share our commitment to supporting women through transition. Client Onboarding: Own the client welcome experience and ensure a smooth, reassuring handoff to the legal team. Data Management: Keep accurate, organized records of all client interactions and follow-ups in the firm's CRM.Quality Control: Check in at key milestones (e.g., the first 30 days) to make sure new clients feel supported and set up for success. Firm Representation: Be the calm, compassionate, professional first voice a prospective client hears — the embodiment of what makes this firm different.
Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in legal, financial services, or another high-ticket, high-trust field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Genuine empathy and high emotional intelligence — this is non-negotiable. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Clio Grow, GoHigh Level).Comfort working in a metrics-driven, accountable environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required. What You Won't Do You are not giving legal advice. You explain our services and process — not legal strategy, case outcomes, or legal opinions.
Benefits: Work from home, with limited in-office appointments Regular weekday business hours Bonus formula with unlimited income potentialPTO + firm-observed holidays 3% retirement match, once eligible Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution Employer-provided life insurance Professional development and sales coachingA team culture that invests in your growth as a person, not just a producerTHIS IS A RETAINED SEARCH — PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME OR THE FIRM IF YOU ARE A RECRUITER.This job description provides a general overview and is not representative of all duties, skills, and qualities required.
