Mortgage Branch Leader: Lead & Grow Your Book

PRMI in Lancaster, CA is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to build a team while continuing to originate personal loans. You will keep your own deals while we provide processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching. Compensation includes $80K–$220K base salary, plus commission on personal production and a branch override, with a sign-on bonus available.
