Apply for this role →This is an ASC-based position ideal for anesthesiologists who wish to stay clinically hands-on while providing medical direction to experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Enjoy a predictable workflow without the demands of hospital call, nights, or inpatient responsibilities. Practice Setting Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment 2 Operating Rooms (ORs) + 1 Procedure Room Scheduled, daytime cases only No required call No OB, trauma, or inpatient coverage Case MixGI procedures (EGD, colonoscopy; advanced GI as volume increases)Outpatient spine cases (ASC-appropriate and scheduled)Pain procedures (injections, blocks, RFA)High-volume, predictable workflow emphasizing efficiency and patient safety. Schedule & Lifestyle Predictable weekday schedule No required call (optional participation if desired)Designed for long-term sustainability and optimal work-life balance
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologistASC experience preferred Comfortable with GI, outpatient spine, and pain-related cases Experience directing CRNAs in a collaborative model Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to provide input into practice development
