Candidates for the Assistant Vice President position must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years' of leadership experience in higher education administration or a related field. A master's degree or doctorate is preferred. The role demands a comprehensive knowledge of strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management principles, as well as the ability to analyze complex issues and make data-informed recommendations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and a strong commitment to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
