Your goal is to contact prospective leads and set appointments for our licensed agents through outbound calls, text, and email follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be an upbeat and tenacious people-person who is willing to make many calls a day.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists Introduce and promote auto, home, life, and health insurance products Schedule appointments with one of our licensed agents Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes Follow up with interested leads through phone, text, and email to nurture opportunities Achieve or exceed performance goals Provide excellent customer service when listening to customer needs Qualifications Prior telemarketing or customer service preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Motivated and goal-oriented Professional phone presence and positive attitude
