GTM Enablement Lead — Onboarding & Ramp

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Onboarding leader to architect and run end-to-end onboarding cohorts for new GTM hires, coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Applied AI, and Product. You will ensure new joiners are ready for real customer conversations and set the tone for their initial experience with Anthropic. You’ll measure ramp, attendance, and comprehension, gather feedback, and continuously improve the program.
