React Developer (React, Next.js, .Net/C# & WPF mandatory) (New York)

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months contract

Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain reusable, scalable, and high-performance React components using Next.js, React v16+, and TypeScript. Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices. Leverage prior hands-on experience with WPF, .NET, and C# to support application modernization, integration, and development initiatives. Integrate front-end applications with backend services using REST APIs, gRPC/Protocol Buffers, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in Git-based development workflows using Bitbucket and support CI/CD processes through Bamboo.

What We're Looking For: Strong, current hands-on experience with Next.js and React (v16+), including building reusable components and developing production-grade web applications. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a solid understanding of modern front-end development practices. Prior hands-on development experience with WPF, .NET, and C#, ideally involving enterprise desktop applications or modernization initiatives. Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining reusable React components using component-based architecture. Experience integrating applications with REST APIs, gRPC/Protocol Buffers, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Experience with Git-based version control, particularly Bitbucket, and familiarity with Bamboo CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams.
