Experienced Flooring Installer

Responsibilities: · Assessing the installation site and preparing it by cleaning and leveling the surface.· Removing old flooring and debris to ensure a clean and smooth base for new installations.· Measuring the area accurately to determine the amount of material needed.· Installing various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet and polish concrete.· Cutting flooring materials to fit around corners, edges, and obstacles.· Using adhesives, nails, staples, or other methods to secure flooring materials in place.· Ensuring that the flooring is laid evenly and smoothly, with no gaps or imperfections.· Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional attitude and good communication skills.

Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent.· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.· Must be able to pass a background check.· Experience in flooring installation and repair is required.· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.· Ability to work well in a team environment.· Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for flooring installation.· Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during installation.
