What You'll Do:
Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments Build rapport and identify each customer's needs Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions Prepare quotes and confidently close sales Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income. Successful candidates will have: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsA proven ability to build trust and sell valueA competitive, self-motivated mindset Professional appearance and attitudeA willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Requirements:
