Director of Rehabilitation: Lead Innovative Therapy Programs

Concourse Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the therapy services (PT/OT/SLP). The DOR will advance clinical quality, develop innovative programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team focused on outstanding patient outcomes. The role oversees staffing, performance metrics, QA, and BI dashboards, mentoring staff and integrating rehab into the overall care plan. Weekend coverage may be required.
