With a strong backlog and expanding utility demand, they need someone who can step in, lead pursuits, stabilize delivery, and elevate team performance from day one. Key experience:15+ years in municipal wastewater treatment and conveyance (WWTPs, collections, pumping) Proven leadership of multi-discipline design teams, resource planning and mentoring Strategic input into practice growth, key account management, and pursuit leadership Portfolio/programme oversight: scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management Senior technical advisory capability (design review, constructability, QA/QC, PE stamping oversight) Collaborating with utility clients, sector leadership, and internal delivery leaders.
