This organization focuses on challenging work across healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial sectors-delivering high-profile, technically demanding builds. This is a hands-on design role responsible for producing accurate mechanical construction documents using Revit and related tools, working closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HVAC, piping, and mechanical system layouts using Revit and design software
- Produce coordinated construction documents based on engineering direction
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams
- Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and model updates
- Incorporate revisions and maintain high-quality design documentation across multiple projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, industrial, or similar building projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and piping design
- Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills
