Ask Us Library Technician: Service Desk & Virtual Help

NC State University in Raleigh, NC seeks a Temporary Ask Us Library Technician in the Libraries' Access Services Department. You will provide information and circulation services at Ask Us service points, assist with opening/closing procedures, and support rapid, high-traffic operations. You may supervise student assistants, serve as Service Manager on duty, and deliver virtual reference via chat and in-person help to faculty, students, and staff.
