Apply for this role →Regional Sales Manager – Motion Control | Cincinnati / Dayton, OHI’m supporting a leading manufacturer of high-performance motion control technology looking to add an experienced Regional Sales Manager across the Greater Cincinnati / Dayton market. This is a technical, customer-facing sales role focused on growing both OEM and distribution accounts across the territory.
The Role:
Develop and grow a multi-million-dollar sales territory Manage a mix of OEM, distributor and end-user accounts Sell technically engineered precision gearboxes & servo automation solutions Identify new applications and guide customers through system sizing / solution selection Develop long-term relationships with engineering, operations and purchasing teams Manage major projects, quotations, negotiations and forecasting Approximately 75% travel across the territory
The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of technical sales experience within motion control / industrial automation Strong knowledge of precision gearboxes, servo motors, drives and/or related motion technologies Experience selling both direct to OEMs and through distribution Technically capable of discussing servo sizing and mechanical/electrical applications Engineering, Mathematics or Physics degree preferred Must be based within the Cincinnati / Dayton area This is a great opportunity to join a highly technical, globally established motion control manufacturer with a strong reputation in precision automation.
