Overnight Options & Margin Support Specialist

Robinhood Markets, Inc. is hiring an Overnight Customer Experience Representative focused on options and margin issues for active traders. The role reports to the Customer Experience team and involves working in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake with onboarding in-office 5 days a week, then remote shifts with overnight hours. You will become the voice of our customers, resolving complex inquiries while learning and growing as a trader. A strong emphasis is placed on empathy and product knowledge.
