Manage the portfolio cadence across centralized service initiatives, maintaining visibility into priorities, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions. Drive project execution by maintaining trackers and RAID logs, following up on commitments, identifying blockers, and creating project charters, status reports, timelines, and executive-ready communications. Support major transformation initiatives, including payroll systems implementation and cross-functional projects spanning Finance Operations, business functions, and Data Engineering. Help implement and drive adoption of an enterprise project-management platform, establishing consistent templates, governance, standards, reporting, and data-quality practices.
