Customer Service Rep - #1930 - Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Type: Part or Full Time

Location: Onsite The CSR position involves providing exceptional customer service, operatingcash registers, andmaintaininga clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuringaccuratepricing and product displays. Ideal candidates shouldpossessexcellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet company customer service standards. Follow company cash control policies and procedures. Adhere to all laws and regulationsregardingthe sale of any government regulated products and services. Detailcleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards. Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers. Complete training activities andmeetminimum job performance standards. Follow the companys general rules of conduct and code of ethics. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED isrequired Prior retail experienceis preferred.
