Bin Wash Lead - 3rd Shift

JOB SUMMARY: Safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while adhering to all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures. Perform self-inspections (pre-operational checks) in preparation for inspections conducted by Quality Assurance and USDA. 3rd Shift Available ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean all bins and trays using high-pressure hoses and approved chemical applications. Ensure all bins and trays meet USDA sanitation standards. Operate pallet jacks as needed. Operate tray wash machines. OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily.
