Youth Development Facilitator (Part-Time)

YMCA of Greater Hartford is seeking a Youth Program Associate to lead and supervise youth activities at the Wilson-Gray YMCA Youth & Family Center in Hartford, CT. This part-time position supports developmental programs, maintains safety, communicates with families, and collaborates with the Youth Development Director to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences. Candidates should be 18+, have experience with youth programs, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the YMCA values of
