Provide primary care in a coordinated healthcare network serving a diverse Los Angeles community. Evaluate patients and diagnose medical conditions in a family medicine setting. Provide primary care to patients across the lifespan. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans. Coordinate patient care with specialty physicians and other healthcare professionals. Provide preventive care and health guidance. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
