ASIN Creator – Amazon Seller Central

About the Role: DAOS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ASIN Creator to join our e-commerce B2B team in creating 30-40 listings daily. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings (ASINs) within Amazon Seller Central, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies, editing photos for listings, and coordinating with our purchasing and sourcing teams, to create listings to better suit the team.

Key Responsibilities: Create new ASINs in Amazon Seller Central, including entering accurate product details, titles, bullet points and, descriptions. Optimize product listings for SEO, discoverability, and conversion rate improvement. Upload high-quality images and ensure they meet Amazon’s image requirements. Manage product variations, categories, and attributes. Conduct keyword research to enhance listing performance. Monitor and troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed listings, or policy violations. Ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines and marketplace standards. Collaborate with sourcing, and operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information. Track and report on listing performance metrics. Regular On-site attendance is an essential function of this position. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in creating and managing ASINs in Amazon Seller Central preferred. Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace rules, SEO, and listing optimization. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written communication skills for creating compelling product copy. Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines. Experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Amazon AI for ASIN creation. Familiarity with inventory and fulfillment processes (FBA, FBM).Familiarity with Amazon’ restricted policy for products. Familiarity with Firefly AI, Photoshop, and Paint image editing software. Familiarity with Gemini, Chat GPT, or Claude AI for product copy. Familiarity with ASIN attribution policies. Familiarity with Open Cart web system.
